Standardist/Receptionist

Job Overview:
The Standardist/Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Maintain and manage appointment scheduling and meeting room reservations.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office organization.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
  • Assist with general office tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
