Hytrans’ PowerFoam is an advanced foam injection system designed to deliver accurate foam proportioning across the entire water/foam mix range, regardless of flow rate or water pressure. Its exceptional accuracy ensures optimum foam performance while enabling a more cost-effective foam ratio, reducing operating costs without compromising suppression efficiency.

Environmental friendly
A standard feature of all PowerFoam systems is the ability to redirect foam back to the storage pods instead of injecting it into the water stream. This allows operators to complete a full setup, including foam logistics, without wasting valuable foam concentrate or causing environmental impact—making it ideal for training and system testing.
Easy handling and cleaning
Hytrans PowerFoam operates without a proportioner, eliminating pressure loss in the main line. By injecting the foam concentrate directly into the boost pump or directly into the water flow (in the stand-alone version), the system ensures better mixing efficiency, shorter foam lines, and simplified handling and cleaning procedures.
Stand-alone or built-in system
These units are available as stand-alone systems with their own diesel engines or as a built-in integration with AutoBoost and HydroSub units equipped with a boost pump (HydroSub 550 and above).
