Hose container types
Hytrans offers three primary types of hose containers, each designed for efficient hose storage, deployment, and adaptability in emergency response scenarios:
- Hose Layer Containers
Full-width hose containers that maximize hose capacity, allowing for the deployment of a large volume of hoses from a single unit. - CombiContainer platforms
A flexible solution combining a half-width hose container (fixed installation) with a half-width storage space for a mini container module. This space can accommodate additional units based on the specific incident or disaster, such as a mobile pump unit, an extra HoseBox, or a FloodModule. The CombiContainer platform enhances operational flexibility, enabling responders to adapt quickly to the specific emergency. - HoseBox Containers
Compact skid containers designed for hose storage and deployment. The HoseBox can be transported on a CombiContainer or a DuoContainer. The DuoContainer, capable of carrying up to two mini containers, offers maximum flexibility for risk management and emergency response.

Efficient hose recovery solutions
Hytrans offers two advanced hose recovery modules, designed for safe and efficient hose retrieval:
- HoseRecoveryUnit (HRU) – Available in two sizes (HRU200 and HRU300), the HRU enables the safe retrieval of hoses, including their couplings, with manual guidance. The system supports the controlled, manual flaking, neatly storing hoses in the designated compartment with human supervision.
- AutoFlaker – A fully automated system that retrieves and flakes hoses efficiently without requiring manual activities inside the container. The retrieval unit moves back and forth as well as side to side, ensuring optimal hose storage with minimal effort.
