Hytrans offers hoses ranging from 4.5″ (110 mm) to 12″ (300 mm) in diameter. For larger diameters of 8″ (200 mm) and above, we have developed the Hytrans Strateline Series, featuring our patented chamfered MultiLug coupling as standard. MultiLug couplings
In high-pressure situations, fast and reliable connections are essential. That’s why Hytrans equips the StrateLine hose with MultiLug couplings as standard. These durable, lightweight couplings are made from high-quality aluminum and lock securely with just a 5-degree twist for fast deployment. Their patented beveled lugs make them easy to open, allowing water to be released quickly while withstanding ground impact in an emergency.
Minimal elongation
The StrateLine hoses are specifically designed for firefighting and wildfire control applications. Their advanced construction ensures minimal elongation (<1.5%) utilising a unique weaving process with rubber extruded through the weave, guaranteeing performance under pressure.
High pressure capacity
Hytrans hoses are engineered for high-pressure performance, featuring a lightweight design and exceptional resistance to ozone, abrasion, and heat. With a high safety factor relative to required service pressures, they ensure maximum reliability and protection in demanding conditions.
