Speaker Requests
To submit a speaker request, please use the contact request form. Kindly refrain from emailing individual addresses directly, as this helps us manage your request alongside other confirmed speaking engagements.
When filling out the form, please provide clear and accurate details to help us better assist you. It’s important to include a specific subject for your request; we will not consider requests that state “subject to be confirmed.” If you have a specific speaker in mind, please let us know, but please note that we cannot guarantee their availability.
Our Guidelines
We strive to match your event with the most suitable speaker, but due to business constraints, we may not always be able to fulfill every request. When deciding whether to accept an invitation, we apply the following criteria:
- Subject Overlap: We assess whether Bramston & Associates is already scheduled to speak on the same topic, including at our own events.
- Commercial Events: We accept requests from commercial event organizers only if the event presents a valuable opportunity to engage with key stakeholders not otherwise accessible.
- Speaker Availability: We typically provide no more than one speaker per event.
- Overseas Engagements: We only accept speaking invitations for international events where the audience and event profile justify the time and costs, and we can combine the trip with other meetings.
Responding to Your Request
You will receive a direct response from our Speaker Request Coordinator regarding the status of your request. This decision will be final.
As part of our policy, we accept complimentary conference passes in exchange for speaking engagements. Please note that speakers from Bramston & Associates should not receive any form of payment or gifts for their participation.
After the Event
We welcome feedback on the event and our speaker. Both delegate feedback and your personal comments will help us refine our approach for future engagements.
